Voice-to-Text: As an alternative to typing in customers' comments, if your Windows 10 computer is equipped with a microphone, you can also activate "voice-to-text" capture while in the Comment edit form and simply "voice" your comments. This a fast and effective way to quickly capture client comments about the work they want performed. For example, if the customer says..."My car pulls to the right when I brake", you can say to the client..."Ok, let me make note of that on your workorder.....(turn on the Windows 10 microphone) and say..."Customer reports that her car pulls to the right when braking", (then turn off the Windows 10 microphone.) Using "voice-to-text" for customer comments provides your customer with confirmation that you understood what they said.
